【Abstract】 Secondary cytoreductive surgery(SCS) has been given more and more attention in the management of the recurrent platinum-resistance ovarian cancer.More and more studies have demonstrated that selected patients might have favorable outcomes and longer survival interval with optimal secondary cytoreductive surgery.The rationality,feasibility,indications as well as postoperative adjuvant therapy are discussed in the paper.更多还原
