利用医院感染实时监控系统提高监控效率

【摘要】 目的:采取信息化技术,实现医院感染过程监控和提高监控效率。方法利用先进的网络技术和感染病例筛查策略,研发医院感染实时监控系统。结果:RT-NISCS采集HIS、LIS、RIS等系统中医院感染相关数据,建立感染信息基础数据库,制定适合的感染病例筛查策略,实现了感染预警病病例的自动筛查,并推送到医生工作站与医生沟通,使临床医生参与到感染病例的诊断、报告、防控措施的实施和记录、评估;利用聚集性事件的规律,制订阈值,及时发现并预警感染聚集性事件,减少医院感染暴发隐患。利用计算机强大的统计分析能力,对医院感染情况进行分析处理,生成各种统计报表和图像,提高监控效率。结论:RT-NISCS达到高效率的医院感染监测和及时干预,实现了感染患者住院期间的全过程监测和防控,对降低医院感染率起到了极大地促进作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: Take the information technology, the realization of hospital infection process monitoring and improve the monitoring efficiency. Methods The use of advanced network technology and infection screening strategy, research real-time nosocomial infection surveillance and control system(RT-NISS). Results: The related data of hospital infection ware collected from HIS, LIS, RIS systems and established the warning infection information database. We develop infection screening strategy suitable for the RT-NISS, To realize the automatic screening infection early warning cases. The infection control staff for judgment of the early warning cases become to suspected cases. At the same time, the suspected cases have been pushed to the doctor workstation and will be diagnosed by a doctor, the formation of confirmed cases of hospital infection database. The system use aggregation event rule to formulate the threshold. Timely detection and early warning of infection clusters of events, To reduce the hospital infection outbreak risks. Using the computer powerful statistics and analysis ability, the data of hospital Infection analysis and processing, to generate a variety of statistical reports and images,Improve the monitoring efficiency. Conclusion: RT-NISS to achieve high efficiency of hospital infection monitoring and timely intervention. The realization of the whole process monitoring and prevention and control of hospital infection of patients during,To reduce the hospital infection rate has played a great role in promoting.
