锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革的制备及性能表征(Ⅳ)——生态和感官性能表征

【摘要】 以铬鞣革为参照物,对所制得的锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革进行了生态性能检测和分析,并对其感官性能进行评价。其相关的感官性能能满足鞋面革的轻工业行业标准。此外还对"真皮标志生态皮革标志"中所规定的4项特殊化学指标进行的检测,其中六价铬、偶氮染料、五氯苯酚均未检出,游离甲醛含量也远低于最高限量标准,满足生态皮革的要求。对鞣制的坯革浸提液进行经口急毒性试验,由试验动物的体重变化以及症状观察判断,锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣制坯革浸提液经口注射是无毒性的。锆-铝-钛鞣黄牛鞋面革能满足生态皮革的要求。

【Abstract】 Compared with chrome tanning leather,the ecological and sensory properties of cattle upper leather tanned by Zr-Al- Ti complex tanning agent were tested.It shows that the sensory property can meet the industrial standard of shoe upper leather.Furthermore,the four special chemical indexes of Genuine Leather and Eco- leather Lable were also detected,and it shows that hexavalent chromium,azo dyes and chlorophenasic acid are undetectable,while free formaldehyde content is far behind the limit standard.Zr- Al- Ti complex tanning agent was also taken for acute oral toxicity test and the experimental animals were observed.It is considered to be nontoxic according to the weight changes and symptoms of animals.The cattle upper leather tanned by Zr-Al- Ti complex tanning agent can meet the requirements of ecological leather.
