云南地区牛冷冻精液质量性状的表现与研究
Analysis on Qualitative Character of Cattle Frozen Semen in Yunnan
【摘要】 本研究对云南地区近五年来牛冷冻精液主要质量性状(活力、前进运动精子数、畸形率)进行了检验分析,随机抽取样品455头份,均为云南企业生产的产品,涉及品种有荷斯坦、西门塔尔、安格斯、短角、摩拉、尼里、槟榔江等。应用统计学原理对相关数据进行分析,结果表明:解冻后平均活力为42.0%、每剂量中前进运动精子数为1481万个、畸形率16.3%。品种间比较,活力差异均不显著(P>0.05)。前进运动精子数,肉用牛和水牛均显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05)。畸形率方面,水牛分别高于荷斯坦和肉用牛1.4、1.6个百分点(P<0.05)。不同生产单位间比较,B站水牛、肉用牛的活力分别高于A站1.9、1.3个百分点(P<0.05)。B站水牛前进运动精子数高于A站96万个(P<0.05)。B站畸形率低于A站1.2个百分点(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 The quality character of cattle frozen semen pieces from its motility, progressive motility and abnormal sperm percentage were analyzed in this study. There had 455 pieces of samples in Yunnan, which involved Holstein, Simon Dahl, Angus, Shorthorn, Murrah, Nili, Binglangjiang and etc. Statistical theory were applied to analyze the relevant data, it analyzed the effect of semen quality from the bull frozen semen defrost, the results showed that, the motility was averagely on 42.0%, progressive motility was 14.81 million and the abnormal sperm percentage was 16.3%. There was no significant difference(P>0.05) in defrost sperm motility according to inter-species comparison. The progressive motility of Beef Cattle and Buffalo were significantly higher than Holstein. And the abnormal sperm percentage of Buffalo was significantly higher than Beef Cattle and Holstein. Comparison of different production units were also analyzed, the motility of Beef Cattle and Buffalo in Station B were significantly higher than Station A, the progressive motility in Station B were significantly more than Station A, and the abnormal sperm percentage in Station B were significantly lower than Station A.
