卤阳湖通航机场规划与设计

【摘要】 结合卤阳湖通航机场功能复杂、飞机机型种类繁多和飞行人员水平差异性大等特殊性,对《通用机场建设规范》中的参数要求作出相应的调整,确定了飞行区等级,完成了硬地、草地、水上3条跑道的方位、长度和宽度的设计;提出了3种场址布置方案。基于交通组织方便性、飞行安全性、对其他功能区影响最小化和便于获得最优观光游览视角的原则,选定了东南侧布置方案;采用计权等效连续感觉噪声级LWECPN评定方法,对机场的噪声暴露级位进行了计算和分析,为其他功能区的规划提出了相应的建议。

【Abstract】 Combined with the specificity of Luyang Lake General Aviation Airport, such as complex function, aircraft type diversification, various levels of the flight crew and so on, the airfield grade is confirmed as well as the orientation, length, width of the hard runway, grass runway and water runway adjusted to the specification parameters. Based on the traffic organization’s convenience, fight safety, the minimal impact to other functional areas and the optimal viewing angle, the southeastern scheme is adopted from 3 site layout schemes. Besides,the weighted equivalent continuous perceive noise level LWECPNis adopted to calculate and analyze the airport noise exposure level, and some corresponding suggestions are put forward for other functional areas’ planning.
