【摘要】 本文从投资金额与收益、投资支出结构、生产成本、多元化程度和资源风险五个维度进行了中国海外石油投资的国际比较,并分析了中国石油公司在海外油气投资中存在不足的原因,提出了我国政府需要进一步完善海外油气投资管理机制和我国石油企业利用金融工具降低投资风险等建议,以有助于中国石油企业更好地开展海外油气投资和科学决策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper compares overseas oil and gas investment of Chinese oil companies with that of international oil companies(IOCs) from five aspects:the amount of investment expenditure and yield rate,structure of investment expenditure,production costs,diversification and resources risk.It then analyzes the reasons for the gap between Chinese oil companies and IOCs in overseas oil and gas investment.In order to better carry out the plan of overseas oil and gas investment,we put forward some suggestions for both Chinese government and oil companies.Chinese government should further improve the current oil investment management mechanism and oil companies could reduce investment risk by financial instruments.更多还原
