【摘要】 协同创新是当今世界科技创新发展的新趋势,企业在产学研协同创新中发挥着主导作用。本文在厘清协同创新和企业技术创新主体概念的基础上,剖析了中国目前制约企业产学研协同创新的问题及原因,并就如何以企业为主体深化产学研协同创新,从强化企业的内生动力、多元化增加企业的研发投入、提高企业知识产权的创造和运用水平以及完善企业技术创新的公共技术平台等四个方面提出对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today,collaborative innovation is the new trend of science and technology development in the world,and enterprises play a dominant role in industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation. On the basis of clarifying the concept of collaborative innovation and enterprise technology innovation subject,this study analyzes the problems and reasons of restricting the enterprise industryuniversity-research institute collaborative innovation in China,and proposing strategies and suggestions of deepening industry-universityresearch institute collaborative innovation with enterprises as the main body in four aspects: strengthening the endogenous power of enterprises,increasing research and development investment of enterprises,improving enterprises’ ability to create and apply intellectual property rights,and perfecting public technology platform and service system of enterprise innovation.更多还原
