【Abstract】 The paper first summarizes the technical,social and emergent characteristics of social media and its four impacts,i. e.,structure,focus,administrative method and efficiency,on the cooperative network among government,industries,colleges and institutes. The similarities and differences between traditional S&T innovation system and social media-based one are then compared and contrasted. Regarding differences,four dimensions,i. e.,structure,subject,function and innovation are suggested. Related policy suggestions are further proposed in the final section.更多还原
