【摘要】 上皮样血管内皮细胞瘤是一种少见的血管源性肿瘤,好发于肝脏、肺、骨、头颈部以及软组织等部位。目前国内外文献尚未见发生于臂丛神经束膜血管内的病例报道。本文报告1例发生于臂丛神经束膜结缔组织血管内的上皮样血管内皮细胞瘤,并结合文献对其临床症状、影像学表现、组织病理特征和治疗方案以及预后进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a rare vascular tumor that occurs in the liver, lungs, bones, head and neck and soft tissues mostly. Epitheloid hemangioendothliomas occurring in brachial plexus bundle membrane has not been reported in both the literatures. We reported here 1 case of epitheloid hemangioendothliomas occurring in brachial plexus bundle and reviewed the relevant literatures on clinical manifestation, imaging characteristics, pathology, treatment and prognosis.更多还原
