工艺矿物学参数自动测量技术研究
Research into the automatic measurement technology of process mineralogy parameters
【摘要】 工艺矿物学是研究矿物加工不同阶段矿物样品的矿物学特征,通过对选矿流程各阶段的中间产品进行取样分析,计算出多种工艺矿物学参数,从而指导选矿流程。本文介绍了一套自动测量工艺矿物学参数的方法,整理了工艺矿物学参数的结构关系。根据工艺矿物学参数的要求,本文还提出了三种新的粒径度量方法:中心拉线粒径、Feret粒径及Clamp粒径,丰富了粒径的表征方法。
【Abstract】 Process mineralogy is the study of mineral processing mineralogy characteristics of different stages of mineral samples,through sampling analysising of middle product in each stage of beneficiation flowsheet,calculating the variety of process mineralogy parameters,to guide the beneficiation flowsheet.This paper introduces a method of automatically measuring the parameters of the process mineralogy,organize the structure of process mineralogy parameters.According to the requirements of process mineralogy parameters,this paper also puts forward three kinds of new particle size measurement methods:center line size,Feret size and Clamp size,enrich the representation method of particle size.
