黑龙江萝北鳞片石墨浮选新工艺研究

【摘要】 黑龙江萝北地区某细鳞片晶质石墨矿固定碳含量为13.27%,采用浮选工艺进行选别。结合工艺矿物学研究和粗选条件试验,采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别、分质分流流程,筛分获得+0.15mm大粒级高碳鳞片石墨精矿和-0.15mm粒级鳞片石墨,-0.15mm细粒级石墨经过再磨精选获得高碳石墨精矿。闭路试验获得的石墨精矿回收率为91.30%,固定碳含量为96.11%,石墨精矿中+0.15mm粒级石墨产率为16.08%。

【Abstract】 Flotation technology was be used to process the fine flake graphite ore(fixed carbon content of 13.27%) in Heilongjiang luobei area.Based on the study of ore process mineralogy and floatation conditional tests,stage-grinding and stage concentration was selected with split flow technology by screening.We got the large flake graphite concentrate(+ 0.15mm) and fine flake graphite(—0.15mm).Fine flake graphite concentrate(—0.15mm) was enriched by stage-grinding and stage concentration.The results showed that,an graphite concentrate with a fixed carbon content of 96.11%and a recovery of 91.30%can be obtained by the closed-circuit bench test,and the + 0.15 mm flake graphite yield in concentrate is16.08%.
