一种反激式LED驱动电源变压器设计方法

【摘要】 变压器作为LED驱动电源的核心部分,其设计方法较多,但是大部分设计方法都有公式多、计算困难等缺陷.研究提出一种反激式LED驱动电源变压器设计方法,从电感的电学特性引入变压器相关参数的计算,并结合工程实践给出了相关参数计算步骤.最终通过相关实例对该方法进行了验证,并且与电源设计软件PI Expert相比较.结果表明,该方法有效可行,且对参数的选择更具有灵活性.

【Abstract】 Transformer serves as the core part of an LED driver.There are many design methods of transformers.But most designs involve too much formula and calculation.Now,we put forward a novel design of a power transformer for flyback LED drivers.The parameters of the transformer were calculated from the electrical characteristics of inductance.We put forward the calculation procedure combined with engineering practices.Finally,the method was verified by relevant examples and was compared with PI Expert.The results show that the method is effective and feasible and has much flexibility on the choice of parameters.
