下肢静脉曲张激光治疗前后血管内皮细胞功能的变化
Alteration of Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Simple Leg Varicosity After Laser Treatment
【摘要】 目的探讨下肢静脉曲张激光治疗前后血管内皮细胞功能的变化。方法下肢静脉曲张患者52例,均接受激光微创治疗,同时选择52例同期、同龄、同性别健康查体者作为对照。分别抽取空腹静脉血制备相关标本,利用放射免疫和Griess方法测定血浆内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO),利用密度梯度法测定血液循环血管内皮细胞计数(circulating endothelial counting,CEC),同时测定手术后临床治愈后2周血CEC、ET-1和NO水平。结果 52例患者血浆ET-1水平和血中CEC水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而NO水平则低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周其血浆ET-1水平、血中CEC水平和NO水平恢复正常或接近正常水平。结论下肢静脉曲张患者存在血管内皮细胞的损伤,激光术前和术后检测外周血CEC、ET-1和NO值的改变,有助于临床疗效的判定。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the alterations of plasma endothelin-1( ET-1),nitric oxide( NO) and circulating endothelia counting( CEC)in patients with simple leg varicosity,and the change of plasma levels after endovascular laser ablation.Methods The plasma samples were obtained from 52 patients with simple leg varicosity and from 52 health persons( control group)respectively; and the levels of ET-1,NO,CEC were determined with radioimmunoassay,Griess method and density gradient method respectively.Results The increase of ET-1,CEC and decrease of plasma NO was observed in patients with simple leg varicosity,and the values of ET-1,CEC and NO recovered to or nearly to the normal levels after endovascular laser ablation.Conclusions Vascular endothelial injuries were found in the patients with simple leg varicosity. The plasma levels of ET-1,NO and CEC may be effective therapeutic indexes for leg varicose patients treated with endovascular laser ablation.
