【摘要】 碳排放配额初始分配方式的不同对碳交易企业影响深远。本文基于动态博弈模型,研究两种免费分配方式对碳排放配额市场交易价格和碳交易企业收益的影响,以电力行业为例进行数值模拟,结果表明:基于历史排放的分配方式对高排放企业有利;基于产出的配额分配方式下,低排放企业收益最高,碳排放也较小;根据不同行业细化的碳排放初始配额分配方式可以有效激励企业选择低排放策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The different allocations of initial carbon emissions quotas has far-reaching influence on carbon trading enterprises.Based on the dynamic game model,two kinds of free allocations’ impact on trading price and enterprises’ profits in the carbon market are analyzed,and the power industry is taken as an example to test the above research conclusions.It shows that grandfathering is more benefit for the high emission enterprises;Under the out-based allocation,low emission enterprises earn more and emission less;Detailed initial quota allocations of carbon emissions according to different industry could effectively motivate enterprises to choose the low emission strategy.更多还原
