【摘要】 2014年起,教育部直属高校开始公开发布年度毕业生就业质量报告,向公众披露毕业生就业信息。这是我国高等教育信息公开制度在法制化、规范化和常态化方面深化改革的重要举措,具有深远的意义。从信息披露机制的视角,对2014和2015年两次颁布的各高校就业质量报告进行比较分析。研究发现,目前各高校毕业生就业质量报告在其内容、结构、格式等方面还存在一定差异,但在两年间取得了较大的进步。借鉴上市公司年报发展经验,建议未来高校就业质量报告在坚持"真实性、准确性、完整性、及时性"原则的同时,对披露内容、监督和评价机制等方面继续进行调整和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2014, universities directly under the Ministry of Education began to publish the "Report on the Quality of Graduate Employment", and disclose the graduate employment informations. It is a major reform of China’s higher education information disclosure system, which has extremely profound significance. To make the Reports better, this article studied the Reports issued in 2014 and 2015 from the perspective of information disclosure mechanism. The study found that there are some problems of the Reports, such as the format, structure,content, etc. Furthermore, referring to the development experience of the annual Report of listed company and the principle of "authenticity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness", we suggest the reports should improve the disclosure content, the accountability mechanism, and the system of monitoring and evaluation.更多还原
