【Abstract】 Comprehensive evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation can make us understand the status quo and problems in school-enterprise cooperation deeply. Stakeholder theory provides an effective analytical framework for school-enterprise cooperation, and it breaks the existing indexes which are partial to school, offers theoretical foundation and conference to comprehensive evaluation indexes. According to the stakeholder theory,the paper made a classification of the stakeholders of the school-enterprise cooperation, analysed the principles of how to design the evaluation indexes and proposed the comprehensive evaluation indexes system of the school-enterprise cooperation.更多还原
