【摘要】 高校面向社会依法办学的自主权日益落实,办好大学的使命历史地落到校长、书记肩上,责任重如泰山。办好大学的关键在于校长、书记要有强烈的使命感,明确的治校方略,把握高校特点,遵循教育规律,抓好提高人才培养质量、增强科技创新实力、建设高水平教师队伍、努力改善办学条件这四大任务,抓好改革、班子建设、中层干部选拔、健全规章制度、校园文化建设这五大工作,突出学府特色,坚持学术自由,为人师表,率先垂范,带领全校师生员工,加速学校科学发展,不负国家人民重托。更多还原

【Abstract】 School-running autonomy of higher learning institutions has been practicale. The mission of running a university belongs to president and secretary who take mainly responsibilities. The keys of managing a university are that president and secretary must have strong sense of mission, master appropriate strategies, get familiar with its characteristics, follow the pattern of education. There are four tasks to do, promoting the quality of talent training, enhancing techonological innovation strenghth,constructing high-level teaching faculties, and improving the conditions of school operation. Another five areas are that reforming positively, building management team, cultivating middle-level cadres, establishing the institutions’ s system, and constructing campus culture. They should highlight institution’s feature, uphold academic freedom, and be the model for others. President and secretary lead the whole school to accelerate subjects development, and never lose national great trust.更多还原
