考虑电动汽车充电策略的配网重构二阶锥规划模型

【摘要】 大规模电动汽车充电负荷无序接入配电网将影响配电网经济运行,该文从配网重构和电动汽车充电策略两方面采取措施。建立基于混合整数二阶锥规划的交流潮流配电网重构模型,为了生成辐射网络,提出基于潮流方程的网络连通性条件,将其与辐射结构的必要条件结合,得到辐射结构配电网的充要约束条件。基于美国家庭交通问卷调查数据提取出电动汽车无序充电负荷,针对充电负荷对原负荷曲线的影响,提出"延时"与"错峰"两种充电策略,并将其转化成约束条件,在配电网重构模型中同时优化延时时长。对IEEE33节点配电网系统进行仿真,分析了充电汽车对配网重构的影响。

【Abstract】 High-level penetration of unmanaged electric vehicle(EV) charging load into distribution grid is affecting the economic operation of the network. Actions are taken through distribution network reconfiguration and using EV charging strategies. The reconfiguration model is formulated with second-order conic programming. A novel radiality constraint is proposed using the connectivity condition, which reduces the number of binary variables by half. A typical unmanaged EV charging profile is derived from National Household Travel Survey. Two charging strategies, i.e. arbitrary delay and peak-avoiding charging, are proposed. The decision of charging delay is co-optimized in the reconfiguration model. Case study on IEEE 33-bus system shows the performance of the model and the impacts of EV on the network reconfiguration.
