【摘要】 目的探讨经食管超声心动图(TEE)引导外科微创封堵儿童肌部室间隔缺损中的应用价值。方法 20例患儿经胸超声心动图(TTE)诊断为肌部室间隔缺损,11例合并其他先天性心脏病。在TEE监测下,引导外科医师释放肌部室间隔缺损堵闭器。结果 TEE在术前、术中及术后指导外科微创封堵过程,20例患儿均封堵成功,3例多发肌部室间隔缺损留有心尖部分流,均<2mm。无其他不良反应。结论经食道超声心动图引导外科微创封堵肌部室间隔缺损创伤小、无辐射、安全高效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of transesophageal echocardiography(TEE)in muscular ventricular septal defect treated with minimally invasive surgical occlusion.Methods Totally 20 cases diagnosed as muscular ventricular septal defect by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE),while 11 cases had other congenital heart disease,were guided by TEE to instruct surgeons to release the occluding device.Results TEE guided in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative during minimally invasive surgical occlusion.All cases were succeed,3cases of multiple muscular ventricular septal defect had residual shunt less than 2mm.No other adverse effect occured.ConclusionsUsing transesophageal echocardiaography monitoring muscular ventricular septal defect treated with minimally invasive surgical occlusion is less trauma,no radiation,safe and efficient.更多还原
