一种新型实时超声弹性成像定量化系统的构建
New Real-time Quantitative Ultrasound Elasticity Imaging System
【摘要】 目的报道一种用于实时超声弹性成像技术的定量化方法。方法在超声探头上加装压力传感器,使探头施加在组织上的压力范围及压放频率可视化。三位操作者应用40~120g压力、1.5次/s频率获得乳腺标准仿体内模拟病灶的弹性应变值(A)及其与基质的应变率比值(B/A),并与传统方法比较操作者间测值的稳定性。结果应用新方法获得仿体内的应变率比值(B/A)操作者之间无显著差异(P>0.05),应变值(A)有显著差异(P<0.01)。传统方法测得B/A及A均有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论仿体实验显示,应用该装置可以提高超声弹性成像稳定性,并可减少操作者之间的误差,但该装置精度需要进一步提高。
【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the utility of a quantitative ultrasound elastography device.Methods We integrated pressure sensors with an ultrasound elastographic probe for real-time quantitative feedback of the compression loading amplitude and frequency.The device was tested on a standard breast phantom where three operators applied compression loads of 40~120g at a frequency of 1.5/s to obtain the elastic strain values(A)and the strain rate ratio(B/A)for the simulated lesion.Both A and B/A values were compared with those by the traditional method.Results Our validation tests in a tissue-simulation phantom have shown that the strain rate ratio(B/A)had no difference(P>0.05)among the operators but the strain values(A)had significant difference(P<0.01)by using the new method.Both B/A and A values had significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01)in comparison with the traditional method.Conclusions The proposed device is able to facilitate ultrasound elasticity imaging with improved stability and reduced measurement variations between different operators.Further work is needed for the improved precision of the device.
