【摘要】 目的运用经阴道彩超(TVS)和超声造影(CEUS)对临床拟诊子宫内膜癌(EC)患者进行检查,比较CEUS和TVS在诊断EC的优劣。方法收集我院近2年来临床拟诊EC患者,均经TVS和CEUS检查,并于检查后1周内对病变行诊断性刮宫或手术,经病理证实为EC的患者76例纳入研究组。结果 76例EC患者中,71例术前CEUS较明确显示EC病灶特征,而TVS为25例。结论 CEUS较TVS对EC病变特征显示率可能存在优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Application of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)and contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)for clinical diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma(EC)were examined,the comparison of CEUS and TVS in the diagnosis of EC.Methods Collected in our hospital in recent two years diagnosed EC patients,were confirmed by TVS and CEUS examination,and examination of lesions underwent diagnostic curettage or operation within one week,76 cases of EC confirmed by pathology were included in the study.Results 76 cases of EC patients,71 cases of preoperative CEUS is clearly show EC lesion characteristics,and TVS for 25 cases.Conclusions CEUS is TVS characteristics of EC lesions showed superiority rate possible.更多还原
