【摘要】 目的了解甘肃省城乡居民对食品安全知识的认知、态度与行为(KAP)现状,分析其影响因素,为在居民中开展食品安全干预研究提供科学依据。方法采用自制居民食品安全KAP调查问卷,对777名城乡居民进行问卷调查。用Epidata 3.0建库并录入数据,采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果城乡居民食品安全知识、态度与行为平均得分分别为(7.42±1.13)分、(3.31±1.42)分和(3.91±1.06)分;食品安全知识的主要影响因素是文化程度,食品安全态度的主要影响因素是接受食品安全教育的机会,食品安全行为的主要影响因素是人均月收入。结论甘肃省城乡居民食品安全KAP总体处于一般水平,食品安全培训的机会、文化程度和经济收入是居民食品安全KAP的主要影响因素,今后应进一步加强食品安全教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the status of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) of food safety among urban and rural residents in Gansu Province and the influencing factors.METHODS 777 urban and rural residents from Gansu Province were recruited and investigated by the self-designed questionnaire in 2014.In the questionnaire,a certain number of related questions were designed mainly on food safety knowledge,attitude and practice.The datas were analyzed with SPSS18.0 Software.RESLUITS The average scores of food safety knowledge,attitude and practice of urban and rural residents were(7.42±1.13),(3.31±1.42) and(3.91±1.06) respectively.The main influencing factors of food safety knowledge were education background;the main influencing factor of food safety attitude is the chance of acceptting food safety education,the main influencing factor of food safety practice was average monthly earnings.CONCLUSION The levels of food safety KAP among urban and rural residents investigated in this study were generally not so high.Their attitudes to food safety were active,while knowledge and practice were relatively passive.Food safety education,education background and average monthly earnings were the most important influencing factors of residents food safety KAP.It was suggested that it was necessary to reinforce target-oriented food safety education among urban and rural residents in Gansu Province.更多还原
