【摘要】 目的了解HIV感染者/AIDS病例人群生命质量及其影响因素。方法参考世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHO-QOL-BREFF)中文版评价HIV感染者/AIDS病例的生存质量,同时调查可能产生影响的相关因素。采用t检验、方差分析及多元线性回归模型进行分析。结果 137例HIV感染者/AIDS病例人群生命质量各领域平均得分分别为:生理领域(50.38±20.69)分,心理领域(50.12±18.33)分,社会领域(49.84±19.04)分,环境领域(51.80±15.36)分。各领域得分均低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。文化程度高的HIV感染者/AIDS病例在各领域得分高于文化程度低者;经性途径感染的HIV感染者/AIDS病例各领域得分高于经血途径感染的感染者;有工作/学习的HIV感染者/AIDS病例在心理、社会和环境领域得分均高于无业者。结论 HIV感染者/AIDS病例人群生命质量偏差。应加强该人群尤其是无业者、经血感染者及文化程度低者的心理辅导及健康教育,提高其生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE It aimed to understand the life quality of HIV infected or AIDS patients and its influence factors.METHOD The life quality of the HIV infected or AIDS patients was evaluated with WHOQOL-BREF Chinese version.The relative factors may arise in the investigation.Meanwhile,it analyzed the factors with T-test,ANOVA and multiple linear regression models.RESULT The result was that the average scores of life quality from 137 cases were physiological field(50.38±20.69),psychological field(50.12±18.33),social care(49.84±19.04) and environmental field(51.80±15.36).All fields scores were lower than the national norm.The difference was meaningful to statistics(P<0.05).However,people from high education level received higher scores in every field than the lower ones.The scores of patients through sexual infection were higher than the ones through blood infection.In addition,compared to the unemployed,people who were working or learning keep more scores.CONCLUSION Therefore,the conclusion is that the life quality of infected people is decreasing.It should improve the unemployed,the blood infected and the lower educated group s psychological counseling and health education to make life better.更多还原
