【摘要】 目的了解东台市定点医院结核病诊疗情况,为"三位一体"结防新体系运行提供科学依据。方法对2012—2014年东台市疾控中心和人民医院结核病诊疗资料进行整理分析。结果 (1)2013年、2014年乡镇转诊率均低于2012年,2013年转诊确诊率明显低于2012年,2014年转诊到位率高于2012年。2014年人民医院院内转诊到位率显著高于2012年院外转诊到位率。(2)2013年、2014年病人发现数较2012年大幅下降,2013年涂阳病人所占比例高于2012年。2013年耐多药可疑者痰培养率、培养成功率均明显低于2012年。(3)2013年、2014年治管病人随访查痰率显著低于2012年,2013年肝功能检查率和胸片检查率均低于2012年。结论实施"三位一体"后,病人在定点医院诊断严谨性、治疗依从性和规范性相对较高,但仍存在一些问题,应加强医防合作,不断健全"三位一体"防治新体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the situation of tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment in designated hospitals Pilot of Dongtai, and pro-vide a scientific basis for the operation of"three-in-one"TB prevention and control new system. METHODS The data of tuberculo-sis diagnosis and treatment was derived in Dongtai CDC and People’s Hospital of 2012-2014. RESULTS(1) The referral rates in2013,2014 were lower than that in 2012, the referral diagnosis rate in 2013 was significantly lower than that in 2012, the referral ar-rival rate in 2014 was higher than that in 2012,the inside referral arrival rate in 2014 in People’s Hospital was significantly higherthan the inside referral arrival rate in 2012.(2) The number of patients In 2013,2014 were significantly lower than in 2012,tthesmear positive rate in 2013 was higher than that in 2012. The rate of sputum culture and the success rate of primary culture in2013,2014 were significantly lower than that in 2012.(3) The patient follow-up sputum examination rates in 2013,2014 were sig-nificantly lower than that in 2012,the rates of liver function tests and chest X-ray examination in 2013 were lower than in 2012.CONCLUSION Since the "three-in-one",new system tuberculosis implemented,patients in designated hospital diagnosis precise-ness, treatment compliance and normative were relatively high,but there were still some problems, it should strengthen medical anticooperation, and constantly improve the "three-in-one"new system.更多还原
