【摘要】 本次研究采用分层随机抽样的方式在西部地区12个省(市/自治区)抽取36个样本县的居民作为调查对象,运用问卷调查法收集数据,研究我国西部地区农村居民卫生系统反应性评价现状,并为改善西部地区医疗卫生服务质量以及改善医患关系提供建议。调查发现,西部地区农村居民就医可及性还较差,医疗卫生服务反应性水平未能完全满足居民要求。建议进一步完善西部农村地区基层卫生服务体系建设,建立稳定的农村卫生投入机制;优化医疗服务流程,缩短居民候诊时间,提升卫生系统反应性水平,提高居民的就医满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 It applied stratified random sampling method to investigate rural residents in 36 sample counties in 12 western provinces(municipality or autonomous regions),and used questionnaire to collect data for evaluating the present situation of health system responsiveness of rural residents,providing some suggestions for enhancing the quality of health service and improving the doctor-patient relationship.The result show that the availability of medical services for western rural residents is at a low level,and medical responsiveness fails to fully meet the residents’ needs.The research gave some following suggestions:furthering to construct the basic health service system in western rural area,establishing the stable rural health investment mechanism;optimizing medical service process,and shortening the waiting-time of medical service for residents to improve the level of health system responsiveness and enhance the residents’ satisfaction.更多还原
