石墨稀力学性能在包装材料上的应用综述

【摘要】 2004年被发现以来,石墨烯因优良的力学、电学、热学和光学等特性倍受学术界的广泛关注。石墨烯中每个碳原子通过较强的σ键与周围的3个碳原子相结合,杨氏模量高达1.0TPa,强度比普通钢材高出100倍。虽然石墨烯具有最高的力学强度,但是仅为一个单原子层的厚度使得所能承载的总外力非常有限,在使用过程中受热、电、光和磁场作用容易变形失效。从这个意叉上说,针对石墨烯的力学变形进行深入研究是相关器件可靠性设计的首要问题。本文将结合之前科研人员的研究成果,着重介绍石墨烯的力学性能,其中包含了尺寸、层数分别对石墨烯以及空位缺陷、SW拓扑缺陷对石墨烯力学性能的影响;综合阐述石墨烯的力学性能在包装材料上的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Since discovered by 2004,graphene triggers a wide range of interest from researchers due to the excellent mechanical,electrical,thermal and optical properties.Each atom in graphene is combined to near three atoms through strong σ bonds,which possess the young’s modulus of more than 1.0 TPa and the strength of 100 times higher than steel.Although graphene has the highest mechanical strength,the single-atom-layer nature makes it difficult to bear a considerably large external force,and always loses efficacy easily as a result of thermal,electric,optical and magnetic field effect during service processes.In this sense,it is primary to profoundly investigate the mechanical deformation of graphene for the reliability design of related devices.Combined with previous research results,the mechanical properties of grapheme were mainly introduced in this study,including the effects of size,layer numbers on the pristine graphene,vacancy defects,SW defects on the mechanical properties of graphene,and comprehensively reviewed the mechanical properties of graphene in the potential application of packaging materials.
