【摘要】 病案复印是病案管理的重要工作内容。随着病案利用的范围不断扩大延伸,病案资料复印需求日益增长。通过对影响病案复印中存在的不利因素进行分析,对病案复印存在的服务对象证件携带不全、信息错误、语言交流困难及临床科室病案归档不及时、病案资料不完善与病案复印告知不到位、历史病案查找难度大、主动服务意识不强等问题,有针对性的提出加大病案复印知识宣传、落实病案管理制度、强化法律意识、培养人性化服务、完善病案管理设施、提高病案管理人员素质等有效对策,从而为服务对象提供高效、便捷、热情的"人性化"病案复印服务。更多还原
