【摘要】 目的探索医院规模越来越大如何实现精细化管理来应对支付方式改革。方法通过在院内持续推进临床路径管理工作在促进精细化医疗,应对医保支付方式改革。结果 2型糖尿病、高血压、类风湿性关节炎、血管瘤、腹股沟斜疝在医疗质量得到保障的基础上缩短了平均住院日、降低了次均医疗费。结论临床路径是实现精细化管理应对支付方式改革的有效工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore how to realize intensive medical management to confront payment mode reform with hospital scale enlarged more and more. Methods Through the continuous implementation of clinical pathways management work to promote intensive medical treatment to confront payment mode reform of medical insurance.Results The average hospitalization days of diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus. hypertension.rheumatoid arthritis. hemangioma. inguinal hernia were decreased on the basis of the guarantee of medical treatment quality.
