磁共振扩散加权成像在肝癌化疗栓塞术后疗效评价中的应用
The value of MR diffusion-weighted imaging in the assessment of tumor response after TACE in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma
【摘要】 经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)是临床不可切除肝癌的主要治疗方法,扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)作为一种无创的MRI功能成像,能先于肿瘤形态学改变,观察到肿瘤的功能改变,在肝癌化疗栓塞术后的随访中,能够及时、准确地检测到肝内新发病灶,鉴别肿瘤组织的坏死和残留。
【Abstract】 Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) is the main treatment method for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). As a non-invasive functional MR imaging, diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) can reflect the functional changes in tumor before morphologic changes. In the follow-up of HCC after TACE, DWI can detect new lesions and distinguish necrotic neoplastic tissue and residual neoplastic tissue timely and accurately.
