【摘要】 目的探讨吉林珍爱妇产医院孕妇学校围产期健康教育与产妇产后母乳喂养及身体复健的关系。方法随机选取2011年5月~2012年2月在吉林珍爱妇产医院进行分娩的初产妇400例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将参加该院孕妇学校围产期健康教育的200例设为观察组,进行常规宣传教育的200例设为对照组,观察其对母乳喂养知识的掌握情况,产后母乳喂养及身体复健情况。结果观察组产妇母乳喂养知识掌握率、母乳喂养成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);产妇产后恶露、乳腺疏通、子宫复旧、体型恢复等情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论孕妇学校围产期健康教育能够提高母乳喂养率,促进产妇产后恢复,对母婴保健起到良好的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between perinatal health education and postpartum breastfeeding,maternal rehabilitation in school for pregnant women in Jilin Treasure Maternity Hospital. Methods: Four hundred primiparous women were selected randomly from this hospital from May 2011 to February 2012,their clinical data was analyzed retrospectively,all the women were divided into observation group and control group; 200 women in observation group received perinatal health education in school for pregnant women,while200 women in control group received routine publicity and education; the mastering situations of breastfeeding knowledge,postpartum breastfeeding,and maternal rehabilitation in the two groups were observed. Results: The understanding rate of breastfeeding knowledge and successful rate of breastfeeding in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01);postpartum lochia,breast patency,uterine involution,and body recovery situation in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Perinatal health education in school for pregnant women can improve breastfeeding rate,promote puerperal body recovery,which is beneficial for maternal and child health care.更多还原
