【摘要】 目的探讨藤黄酸(GA)是否能够抑制人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3的生长。方法采用CCK-8法和流式细胞术观察GA对SKOV3的生长抑制作用。结果 GA能够浓度和时间依赖性地抑制人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3细胞的生长,诱导SKOV3细胞周期阻滞。结论 GA能抑制卵巢癌细胞生长,可能为卵巢癌治疗的新策略开发提供实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore whether gambogic acid( GA) can inhibit growth of human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3.Methods CCK-8 method and flow cytometry were used to observe the inhibitory effect of GA on growth of human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3. Results GA could inhibit growth and induce cell cycle arrest of human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3,showing a concentrationand time- dependent manner. Conclusion GA could inhibit growth of human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3,which might provide experimental basis for new strategy development in treatment of ovarian cancer.更多还原
