盆底神经肌肉电刺激改善薄型子宫内膜患者子宫内膜厚度及血流灌注的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨盆底神经肌肉电刺激对薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者内膜厚度及血流灌注的改善作用。方法选取2012年5月~2014年9月在该院不孕专科门诊就诊的56例薄型子宫内膜患者为研究对象,将其分成试验组(30例)和对照组(26例),两组均在治疗前连续监测两个月经周期中卵泡成熟日子宫内膜厚度和子宫内膜血流阻力指数(RI)。对照组应用戊酸雌二醇治疗,试验组应用戊酸雌二醇配合盆底神经肌肉电刺激。观察两组卵泡成熟日子宫内膜厚度和RI。结果经盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗后试验组子宫内膜厚度和RI均较对照组增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底神经肌肉电刺激能增加子宫内膜厚度且能明显改善子宫内膜血流灌注情况。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the improving effect of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation on endometrial thickness and blood perfusion of patients with thin endometrium.Methods:Fifty-six patients with thin endometrium were selected from infertile outpatient in the hospital from May 2012 to September 2014 as study objects,then the patients were divided into experimental group(30 patients) and control group(26 patients); endometrial thickness and endometrial vascular resistance index(RI) in mature follicles days of two menstrual cycles were monitored consecutively before treatment in the two groups.The patients in control group were treated with estradiol valerate,while the patients in experimental group were treated with estradiol valerate combined with pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation.Endometrial thickness and endometrial vascular RI in mature follicles days in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,endometrial thickness and endometrial vascular RI in mature follicles days in experimental group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation can increase endometrial thickness and significantly improve endometrial blood perfusion.
