水通道蛋白1在宫颈鳞状上皮癌变过程中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在宫颈鳞状上皮癌变过程中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测44例宫颈浸润性鳞癌、59例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和22例正常宫颈组织中AQP1的表达。结果:AQP1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌和CIN组织中的阳性表达率分别为90.91%和81.36%,显著高于正常宫颈组织的40.91%(P<0.01);AQP1在宫颈浸润性癌和CIN中的表达无差异(P>0.05);AQP1在宫颈上皮低度病变(LSIL)和高度病变(HSIL)中阳性表达率分别为84.62%和78.79%(P>0.05);AQP1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织中的表达与患者年龄、组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。结论:AQP1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌和CIN组织中表达上调,可能促进了宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the expression and significance of aquaporin 1( AQP1) in cancerization course of cervical squamous epithelium. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect expressions of AQP1 in 44 patients with cervical invasive squamous cell carcinoma,59 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN),and 22 patients with normal cervical tissue. Results: The positive expression rates of AQP1 were 90. 91% in cervical invasive squamous cell carcinoma and 81. 36% in CIN,which were statistically significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissue( 40. 91%)( P<0. 01); there was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression rate of AQP1 between cervical invasive squamous cell carcinoma and CIN( P> 0. 05); the positive expression rates of AQP1 in low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion( LSIL) and high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion( HSIL) were 84. 62% and 78. 79%,respectively( P>0. 05); the expression of AQP1 in cervical invasive squamous cell carcinoma was not correlated with age and histological grading( P>0. 05). Conclusion: Up-regulation of AQP1 in cervical invasive squamous cell carcinoma and CIN may promote the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
