【摘要】 目的:用Meta分析定量评价子宫肌瘤患者血清、肌瘤组织与对照组微量元素锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)含量的关系。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库及Pubmed医学文献检索服务系统,按照文献纳入标准,对国内外1995~2011年公开发表的文献进行筛选。用Rev Man 5.1统计分析,异质性检验P<0.001,故采用随机效应模型计算纳入文献数据的合并平均差(MD)及95%CI。结果:共检索到88篇文献,符合纳入标准的文献共8篇,对血清Zn、Cu含量的meta分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而组织Zn、Cu则无,合并MD(95%CI)分别为-0.38(-0.6,-0.15),0.18(0.03,0.33),-0.202(-6.81,2.77),-6.82(-23.06,11.42)。结论:Meta分析提示子宫肌瘤患者血清中Zn低于对照组,而血清中Cu高于对照组;尚不能对肌瘤组织与对照组Zn、Cu含量关系下结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To quantitatively evaluate the contents of zinc and copper in serum and fibroid tissue of patients with uterine fibroids and control group by meta analysis. Methods: CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Pubmed databases were checked to select both English and Chinese publications from 1995 to 2011. Revman 5. 1 software was used for statistical analysis,P < 0. 001 was regarded as the standard for heterogeneity test,random effect model was chosen to calculate mean deviation( MD) and 95% CI of the inclusion publications.
