子宫肌瘤患者血清及肌瘤组织中微量元素锌、铜含量的Meta分析

【摘要】 目的:用Meta分析定量评价子宫肌瘤患者血清、肌瘤组织与对照组微量元素锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)含量的关系。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库及Pubmed医学文献检索服务系统,按照文献纳入标准,对国内外1995~2011年公开发表的文献进行筛选。用Rev Man 5.1统计分析,异质性检验P<0.001,故采用随机效应模型计算纳入文献数据的合并平均差(MD)及95%CI。结果:共检索到88篇文献,符合纳入标准的文献共8篇,对血清Zn、Cu含量的meta分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而组织Zn、Cu则无,合并MD(95%CI)分别为-0.38(-0.6,-0.15),0.18(0.03,0.33),-0.202(-6.81,2.77),-6.82(-23.06,11.42)。结论:Meta分析提示子宫肌瘤患者血清中Zn低于对照组,而血清中Cu高于对照组;尚不能对肌瘤组织与对照组Zn、Cu含量关系下结论。

【Abstract】 Objective: To quantitatively evaluate the contents of zinc and copper in serum and fibroid tissue of patients with uterine fibroids and control group by meta analysis. Methods: CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Pubmed databases were checked to select both English and Chinese publications from 1995 to 2011. Revman 5. 1 software was used for statistical analysis,P < 0. 001 was regarded as the standard for heterogeneity test,random effect model was chosen to calculate mean deviation( MD) and 95% CI of the inclusion publications. Results: A total of 88 articles were retrieved,and totally 8 articles met the inclusion criteria,there were statistically significant differences in serum zinc and copper contents by meta analysis( P < 0. 05),but there was no statistically significant difference in zinc and copper contents in fibroid tissue,MD( 95% CI) were- 0. 38(- 0. 6,- 0. 15),0. 18( 0. 03,0. 33),- 0. 202(- 6. 81,2. 77) and- 6. 82(- 23. 06,11. 42),respectively. Conclusion: The study showed that serum zinc content in patients with uterine fibroids was lower than that in control group,but serum copper content in patients with uterine fibroids was higher than that in control group,it’s unclear about the relationship of zinc and copper contents between fibroid tissue and control group.
