【摘要】 目的:了解2009年与2013年福建省妇幼保健院新生儿疾病筛查中心所属采血机构工作状况的变化,找出工作中的进步和不足,为进一步调整对采血机构的管理、提高其筛查工作质量提供规划。方法:采用横断面调查方法,通过整群系统抽样法2009年对127家采血机构与300位产妇、2013年对118家采血机构与300位产妇进行问卷调查,采血机构问卷内容包括筛查率、样本合格率、样本邮寄时间、筛查管理系统使用频率;产妇问卷内容包括:新生儿筛查知识知晓情况、对筛查样本采集的满意度、对筛查结果反馈情况的满意度。结果:2009年与2013年新生儿筛查采血机构的筛查率、样本合格率、样本邮寄时间及筛查网络管理系统使用频率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);产妇的新生儿筛查知识知晓情况、对筛查样本采集的满意度及对筛查结果反馈情况的满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对新生儿筛查采血机构的筛查率、样本合格率、邮寄时间、筛查管理系统使用频率及产妇的新生儿筛查知识知晓情况和对筛查工作满意度的变化,应以产妇的需求为导向,加大对新生儿筛查知识的宣教力度,提高广大采血机构医务人员对筛查网络管理系统的利用率,不断提升产妇对筛查工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the changes in working conditions of blood collection agencies in this center in 2009 and2013,find out the progress and deficiency in the work,provide work planning for further adjusting the management of blood collection agencies and improving screening quality. Methods: A cross- sectional study was performed,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 127 blood collection agencies and 300 postpartum women in 2009 and 118 blood collection agencies and 300 postpartum women in 2013 by cluster systematic sampling method. The questionnaire for blood collection agencies included the screening rate,sample pass rate,sample mailing time and using frequency of screening network management system; the questionnaire for postpartum women included the awareness rate of neonatal screening knowledge,the satisfaction of screening sample collection and the satisfaction of screening result feedback. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the screening rate,sample pass rate,sample mailing time and using frequency of screening network management system of blood collection agencies,the awareness rate of neonatal screening knowledge,the satisfaction of screening sample collection and the satisfaction of screening result feedback of postpartum women between 2009 and 2013( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:In view of the above changes,the measures taken include pay attention to the requirements of postpartum women,strengthening popularization of neonatal screening knowledge,increasing the utilization rate of screening network management system among the medical staff and improving maternal satisfaction with screening work.更多还原
