碳纤维护套高速永磁电机热态转子强度
Strength analysis for thermal carbon-fiber retaining rotor in high-speed permanent magnet machine
【摘要】 针对表贴式高速永磁电机碳纤维护套转子的强度计算问题,将转子受力状况简化为平面应力问题,推导了高速热态永磁转子的强度解析解.分别采用解析解和有限元法分析一台表贴式高速永磁电机的转子强度.结果表明,2种方法的计算结果吻合,解析解能够准确计算高速热态永磁转子的应力和位移.在转子强度解析解的基础上,研究护套厚度和转子静态过盈量对强度的影响,总结了表贴式高速永磁电机碳纤维护套转子的强度变化规律.
【Abstract】 For the problem of strength calculation of carbon-fiber retaining rotor in the surface-mounted high-speed permanent magnet(PM)machine,a strength analytical solution for high-speed thermal PM rotor was proposed based on the rotor stress conditions which can be simplified as a plane stress problem.Then the rotor strength of a surface-mounted high-speed PM machine was analyzed by presented analytical solution and finite element method,respectively.Results calculated by two methods accorded with each other,and the analytical solution can accurately predict the stress and displacement of high-speed thermal PM rotor.The impacts of sleeve thickness and static shrink range of the rotor on strength were investigated based on the analytical solution of rotor strength.Strength variation of the carbon-fiber retaining rotor was generalized in the surface-mounted high-speed PM machine.
