基于STM32F103的智能光学溶解氧测量仪的研究与设计

【摘要】 为了高精度测量溶解氧含量并实现远程监控,本文设计了一种基于荧光猝灭原理的智能光学溶解氧测量仪。系统采用STM32F103作为控制核心,将采集到的溶解氧含量以及温度、盐度数据显示到彩色触摸屏上,并通过触摸屏对仪表进行校准。此外,系统设计了一个基于Modbus TCP协议的OPC服务器,客户端应用程序通过访问OPC服务器就能获取测量数据,真正实现监测系统的智能化和网络化。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve high precision measurement of dissolved oxygen content and remote monitoring, this paper designed a kind of intelligent optical meter for dissolved oxygen based on the principle of fluorescence quenching. This system used STM32F103 as the central control module which made the gathered data of dissolve oxygen content, temperature and salinity display on the color touch screen. The color touch screen can be also used for the instrument calibration. In addition, this paper designed an OPC serve based on the Modbus TCP protocol and client application can obtain the measurement data by accessing the OPC serve. This design truly realized the intelligent and networking of monitoring system.
