基于ANSYS的数控铣床床身动态特性分析
Analysis of dynamic characteristics of CNC lathe bed based on ANSYS
【摘要】 以QYJ-8数控铣床床身为研究对象,通过分析床身结构特点利用Solidworks软件建立三维实体模型。利用ANSYS软件对床身进行有限元分析,得到前五阶固有频率和振型,识别床身结构的薄弱环节。通过分析床身振动特性,对比不同筋板型式对床身固有频率的影响,选出合理的筋板型式,改善动态特性,提高动刚度。
【Abstract】 Taking QYJ-8 NC milling machine’s lathe bed as the research object, the three-dimensional solid model was established by using solidworks through the analysis of the characteristics of lathe bed structure. Obtained the first five order natural frequency and vibration mode, and identified the weaknesses in lathe bed structure through the finite element analysis on the body by using ANSYS. By analyzing the vibration characteristics of the lathe bed and comparing the effects of different ribs type on natural frequency of lathe bed, choose the reasonable type of ribs, improve the dynamic characteristics, and improve dynamic stiffness.
