【摘要】 视频监控系统中受许多客观因素的影响,图像实际成像会影响到监控效果。粗糙集理论是一种处理不完整性和不确定性问题的数学工具。根据人眼的视觉特性,将粗糙集理论应用到视频监控图像。实验表明该算法对视频监控图像有较好的增强效果,并对噪声具有一定的抑制作用,可以满足实际工程上的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Video surveillance system is affected by many objective factors, the actual image will affect the monitoring results.Rough set theory is a kind of mathematical tool dealing with incomplete and uncertainty problems. According to human visual characteristics, the rough set theory is applied to the video surveillance images. Experiment results show that the algorithm has excellent enhancement effect to video monitoring image and certain inhibitory effect to the noise, which can meet the needs of actual engineering.更多还原
