【摘要】 目的探讨经皮肾镜治疗有单次或多次开放手术史的肾结石患者疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年6月~2014年9月经皮肾镜治疗的259例肾结石患者。将患者分为三组:第1组为既往无同侧开放手术取石史(n=144);第2组为患者经历1次开放手术取石史(n=68);第3组为患者经历2次及以上开放手术取石史(n=47)。比较三组患者的一般资料和结石特点、手术时间和住院时间、术后结石清除率、术中及术后并发症。结果三组患者性别年龄及结石大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第1组手术时间显著短于第2、3组(P<0.05),第2组和第3组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者住院时间、结石清除率、术中和术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经皮肾镜手术治疗有1次或多次开放手术取石史的肾结石患者同样安全有效,并不降低结石清除率和提高并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) in treatment of kidney calculi patients with previous single or multiple open stone surgeries.Methods A total of 259 patients who underwent PCNL were reviewed in our hospital from June 2010 to September 2014.Patients were divided into three groups.The first group included patients with no history of previous ipsilateral open stone surgery(n=144);the second group included patients with only one open stone surgery before PCNL(n=68);the third group included patients with more than one previous open stone surgery(n=47).The operation duration,stone free rate,intraoperative and postoperative complications among three groups were compared.Results There were no differences in sex,age,stone size among three groups(P>0.05).The operation time in the first group was significantly shorter than other groups(P<0.05),however,there were no statistically significant differences in operation time between the second and third groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between three groups in hospital stay,stone free rate,intraoperative and postoperative complications(P>0.05).Conclusion PCNL can be performed in patients with one or more open stone surgery history successfully without further stone free rate and complications.更多还原
