【摘要】 目的研究CBCT在下颌第三磨牙阻生拔除术中的应用效果。方法选择本院2014年5月~2015年5月间收治的70例下颌第三磨牙阻生患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组予常规X线介导,治疗组予CBCT介导。比较两组的术前、术后并发症发生率及主观满意度。结果治疗组的术中并发症发生率、术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组术后疼痛、术后反应、与自身预期主观满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在下颌第三磨牙阻生拔除术中采取CBCT介导涡轮机钻法具有明显效果,适合推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of CBCT mandibular third molar extraction surgery application. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 70 cases treated mandibular third molars were enrolled, and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group patients were given conventional X-ray-mediated, the treatment group patients were given CBCT mediated. Preoperative complication rate, the incidence of postoperative complications and subjective satisfaction were compared. Results The incidence of preoperative complications, postoperative compli cation rate in treatment group was less than the control group(P<0.05), the postoperative pain, postoperative reaction,subjective satisfaction in treatment group was higher than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Mandibular third molar extraction surgery takes CBCT mediated turbine drilling method has a significant effect, suitable for widely used.更多还原
