【摘要】 目的探讨齐拉西酮与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取我院2011年4月~2013年4月收治的120例精神分裂症患者的病例资料,按随机数字表的分组方法分为观察组与对照组,其中,观察组患者采用齐拉西酮治疗,对照组患者采用氟哌啶醇治疗,对比两组患者疗效以及相关不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为80.00%,且在每个治疗时间点观察组患者的症状改善情况等均优于对照组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且观察组患者的锥体外系不良反应发生率为10.00%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症具有十分显著的疗效,其临床效果与氟哌啶醇基本相当,但是齐拉西酮不良反应相对更少,具有更高的安全性和耐受性,有利于患者的预后恢复,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ziprasidone and haloperidol in the treatment of schizophrenia and adverse reactions. Methods A total of 120 cases of clinical data of patients with schizophrenia from April 2011 to April 2013 were treated, according to the grouping method randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were treated with ziprasidone one treatment, while the control group were treated with haloperidol,the incidence of the two groups and patient outcomes related adverse reactions were compared. Results After treatment,the observation group total effective rate was 80.00%, and the improvement and other symptoms than the control group in each treatment group were observed time points, but the contrast between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05), and extrapyramidal side effects observed in patients incidence of 10.00%, significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Ziprasidone treatment of schizophrenia has a very significant effect, the clinical effects and haloperidol fairly basic, but relatively less side effects of ziprasidone, with higher safety and tolerability, there conducive to the recovery prognosis, worthy of clinical application.更多还原
