现场总线和智能仪表与核电厂DCS的接口分析及应用
Analysis and Application of the Interfaces of Fieldbuses and Intelligent Instruments with DCS in Nuclear Power Plant
【摘要】 分析了现场总线和智能仪表的优点,总结了现场总线和智能仪表在石油化工、火电、核电领域的成功应用经验。基于法规标准详细分析了Profibus、Modbus、HART、FF等现场总线型智能仪表和设备与核电厂DCS的接口技术,并给出了不同类型的现场总线在核电厂中的应用范围。针对核电厂现场总线系统设计和工程实施过程中的关键技术问题,给出了技术解决方案,为现场总线系统在核电厂中的应用提供指导。
【Abstract】 The merits of fieldbuses and intelligent instruments are analyzed,and the successful application experiences of fieldbuses and intelligent instruments in petrochemical,thermal power and nuclear power fields are summarized. Based on regulations and standards,the interfacing technologies of Profibus,Modbus,HART,and FF fieldbuses as well as intelligent instruments and devices with DCS in nuclear power plants are analyzed,and the applicable scopes of difference types of fieldbus in nuclear power plants are given. Aiming at the key technical issues in designing fieldbus systems and engineering implementation processes in nuclear power plants,the technical solutions are given,these provide applicable guidance for fieldbus systems in nuclear power plants.
