双位置反馈系统精度分析

Analysis on the Accuracy of Dual Position Feedback System

【摘要】 为提高精密仪器位移运动的位置精度,需对反馈控制系统进行设计选型。传统反馈元件旋转式电位器以其高可靠性被广泛应用于位置反馈系统中,但是精度有限;直线光栅尺具有精度高和安装简易的特点,但是成本太高。通过对比测试旋转式电位器和研究兼具电位器与光栅尺的双反馈系统,测量出各自的精度等级,从而为合理选择反馈系统提供依据。对比结果为精密仪器的位置反馈系统的设计提供试验参考。

【Abstract】 For improving the position accuracy of displacement motion in precise instruments,it is necessary to select appropriate feedback control system. The traditional feedback elements,the rotary potentiometers have been widely used in the position feedback system because of their high reliability,but the accuracy of which are limited; while the linear grating features high accuracy and easy to mount,but the cost is too high. Through inter-comparing some kinds of the rotary potentiometers and researching the dual feedback system composing both potentiometer and linear grating,respective accuracy class is measured,thus the basis for reasonably selecting feedback system is provided. The result of inter-comparison provides test reference for designing position feedback system of precise instruments.
