空气能热泵热水机组远程智能监控系统研究与应用

【摘要】 对空气能热泵热水机组的数据通信模式和控制技术进行了研究。基于Lab VIEW开发了PC监控界面,以实时远程监测热水机组各参数变化和负载工作状态。采用模糊控制算法,实现了机组设定制水温度和除霜运转的远程智能控制,取代了传统的人工控制;设计实现了一款空气能热泵热水机组远程智能监控系统,解决了机组参数观察及操控不便的问题,提高了机组的制热性能。测试结果和实际应用表明,系统性能稳定、安全节能,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。

【Abstract】 The data communication mode and control technology for air heat pump hot water unit are researched. The PC interface is developed based on Lab VIEW,to remotely monitor variation of various parameters and condition of the load operation for the unit in real time. By using fuzzy control algorithm,the remote intelligent control of unit setting water temperature and defrost operation are implemented instead of traditional manual control; thus the remote intelligent monitoring system for air heat pump hot water unit is realized,to solve the problems of incontinence of observing unit parameters and operational control,and improves the heating performance of unit. The test result and practical application show that the system performance is stable,safety and energy saving. It possesses broad application prospect and promotion value.
