中部地区学校心理健康教育状况调查
An Investigation into Mental Health Education at Schools in Central China
【摘要】 为了解目前中部地区城市与农村中小学心理健康教育状况,发现问题并提供对策建议,本研究选取我国中部地区两个地级市的城市和农村中小学为研究对象,对其心理健康教育状况进行研究。以城市和农村中小学生为被试,发放调查问卷,回收有效问卷11027份。结果发现,中部地区心理健康教育的普及率和教育效果有较大改善。但整体来看,农村中小学心理健康教育相对落后;中学心理健康教育滞后于小学心理健康教育,初中阶段尤甚。未来应加强农村学校心理健康教育工作,合理分配心理健康教育资源,全面落实中学生心理健康教育,促进心理健康教育教师专业化建设,增强心理健康教育针对性和实效性。
【Abstract】 This study,by using a questionnaire to survey 11,027 urban and rural students from primary and secondary schools in two prefectures in central China,aims to probe into mental health education for primary and secondary school students. The results show the following: the coverage and effectiveness of mental health education has been improved in central China. But on the whole,compared with the urban areas,the rural areas lag behind in mental health education; compared with the primary school students,the secondary school students,especially the lower secondary school students,lag behind in mental health education. The authors suggest strengthening mental health education in rural areas,rationally distributing educational resources,fully implementing mental health education in secondary schools,and promoting mental health education teachers’ professional development.
