【摘要】 以自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)概念为核心,结合医生、教师和家长三方面的信息,对江阴市937名3-6岁儿童的发育状况进行初步排摸。结果表明:(1)8名儿童ASD倾向高,另外19名儿童存在较明显的发育滞后和问题行为。(2)在ASD倾向高的儿童中,曾被医生指出的主要问题是多动性、语言发育迟缓和自闭倾向。(3)在筛查工具ASQ量表的切断分数附近,医生对儿童的问题最为敏感,在ASQ的高分区教师发现问题的概率最高,家长对儿童的问题最不敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study,based on the concept of autism spectrum disorders( ASD),as well as information from doctors,teachers and parents,aims to probe into the growth and development of 937 children aged 3- 6 in Jiangyin City,Jiangsu Province. The results show the following:( 1) 8 children out of those surveyed showed a high tendency of ASD,and 19 children showed delayed development and behavioral problems;( 2) according to the doctors,the children with a high tendency of ASD showed a tendency of hyperactivity,language retardation,and autism;( 3) the doctors were most sensitive to the children’s problems in the vicinity of cutoff scores in ASQ scale; the teachers found their problems more probably than parents in the high scores in ASQ scale.更多还原
