【摘要】 文章探讨了土地利用分区中主成分分析和聚类分析法应用的基本思路和步骤。在充分分析河北省石家庄市自然、经济状况和土地利用现状的基础上,从生态环境、社会经济、土地利用三个角度构建了评价指标体系。采用主成分分析的方法计算各评价单元的综合得分;再利用聚类分析法构建了石家庄市土地利用分区等级体系。将石家庄市划分为四种类型的土地利用区域,分别为石家庄市市区、县域经济发达区、县域发展快速区和县域发展缓慢区。针对各类型土地利用区域的发展现状提出了相应的土地利用建议,以促进经济发展与土地利用相协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has discussed the basic ideas and steps about using principal component analysis and cluster analysis in landuse zoning.This paper gives a full analysis of the nature,economic conditions and land use status of Shijiazhuang.On this basis,it establishes the assessment system with respect to ecological environment,social economy,and land use.By using principal component analysis,it calculates the comprehensive score of each evaluation unit.And then the hierarchical system of land use zoning in the city of Shijiazhuang is built by using cluster analysis.There are four types of regional land use,these are:the urban district of Shijiazhuang,county economic developed areas,county rapid development zone,and county slow development zone.According to the current development situation pertaining to each land use area,this paper points out that promoting economic development must be in harmony with land use.更多还原
