无线数据传输系统及自适应滤波器的设计
Design of Data Transmission System Based on Wireless and Adaptive Filter
【摘要】 针对目前电力行业中数字化监控设备研发的要求,该文结合AT89S52单片机、MPU6050加速度传感器模块以及WIFI232无线模块等,设计出一套可以实时监控电力施工中架空线放线走板三维倾斜角度的装置。同时,该装置采集到的角度数据能够通过WIFI232无线路由器进行无线传输,在数据接收端基于C#语言设计出数据显示界面,界面可以分别显示牵引走板运行时的三维倾斜角度。针对本装置采集到的原始数据,设计出一种自适应滤波器,经过工程数据验证,该自适应滤波器性能理想,输出信号与真实角度数据基本吻合。实际现场测试表明,该装置极大地提高了施工效率,缓解了施工人员的施工压力,增强了工程的安全性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirements of electric power industry for current digital surveillance equipment,the paper combined with AT89S52 microcontroller,MPU6050 acceleration sensor and WIFI232 wireless router and designed a set of device which could monitor the tilt angle of overhead traction plate in high voltage overhead line construction real-time. At the same time,the angle data that the device collects could transmit wirelessly by WIFI232 wireless router. In the data reception,we design data receiving interface based on C#. The receiving interface could show three-dimensional inclination angle of the traction plate runtime. We have designed an adaptive filter. We conduct engineering data experiments. This adaptive filter has ideal performance and the output signal data are consistent with the real angle. Experiment results indicate that the monitoring device can provide three-dimensional inclination angle data after de-noising of high voltage overhead line construction traction plate runtime for workers. All in all,the device can improve the efficiency of construction tremendously,relieve the construction workers’ pressure,and enhance security and stability of engineering.
