基于双核架构的新型1553B测井通信系统设计
New Type Well Logging Communication System Using 1553B-bus Based on Dual-core Structure
【摘要】 针对以FPGA为控制核心的1553B测井通信系统在实际应用中的不足,设计了由FPGA和单片机构成的,基于"双核"控制的新型1553B总线测井通信系统。详细介绍了1553B通信在FPGA和C8051F340单片机上的具体实现方式,以及1553B通信的曼彻斯特码编解码器的设计细节等关键技术。该方案充分发挥了FPGA和单片机的各自优势,功能齐全,在测井应用中具有多任务处理能力,已成功应用于碳氧比能谱测井仪的数据处理系统中,并在胜利油田得到了实际测井的验证。
【Abstract】 Be dead against the shortage of the realistic use of the well logging communication system using 1553 BBUS base on FPGA,the paper designs a new type system base on the dual-core structure-FPGA and singlechip.It introduces the details of the 1553B-BUS using FPGA and the singlechip-C8051F340 and the key technology of the Manchester code’s encoder and decoder in 1553B-BUS. The FPGA and the singlechip’s advantages have been used fully in the design,and also multitasking ability and full function have been successfully used in the data processing system of C/O energy spectral logging tool,and has been in Shengli Oil Field verified practical logging.
